Tell me what your plans are. I will listen. I need to understand you goals. I will have several questions for you, and you will have concerns for me. You can ask me questions and get easy to understand answers. I will try to formulate a plan for the process.
Do you have a home to sell as well? We will need to discuss wether you want to sell first, or purchase with the condition of getting your home sold. We will have to look at "life" dates (i.e....school starting, job starting) and then try to negotiate dates to fit your plan. You will need information on the market, selling days etc. to make informed decisions at this step. I'll try to get all your questions answered.
