Shopping with me is strategic. This process is something that requires some time together. My goal is to see your next home through YOUR eyes. Believe it or not...after spending time with most of my clients I quickly "see" what they are looking for.
That vision allows me to shop for my Buyers, even when we aren't together. I have often walked through homes and thought..."Carol! this would be just perfect for ______!" However...this kind of vision requires good communication from you, the buyer...and even better perception on my part.
Once we all have that same dream home in mind, we systematically visit all the homes that meet your specs. That doesn't mean 2 or 3 homes. My committment to you is that we see as many as it takes to find the perfect home for you and your family.
TIPS for Your House Hunting Expedition
1. WEAR SLIP ONS!!!! (that includes the kids!)
2. Be on time. Sellers have gone to alot of trouble to prepare their homes for you. I will have arranges a showing time and our tour schedule. Key word..."Schedule". If there is a home you love, we can schedule another showing.(Providing it's not a hot property...but that's for another lesson).
3. Don't jump on the beds. That might seem kind of crazy...but you get the point. We are there to inspect and look. Treat each home with respect.
4. Make Notes. After a few, you will forget which one has ie) the island in the kitchen.I will provide you with all the listings you will see. Make notes or doodle. It will help you when you leave.
5.Remember...you "might" be on camera. In this day and age of all sorts of video and audio recording devices...Be prepared. Be courteous. We'll talk later.
